  • Avoid excess salt - especially raw salt.Too much salt in junk food ,in pickles or salted nuts or popcorn makes our body retain fluid .
  • Exercise can relieve the body of excess fluid and salt through sweating , increased respiration and ultimately increased urine flow .
  • Sip herbal teas: green teas like mint or jasmine have a mildly diuretic effect
