Obesity: A silent Killer

All of us know that being overweight is unhealthy but we overlook the fact that being obese is not only unhealthy but a silent killer. Obesity is main reason for modern day diseases like hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, PCOD, thyroid, depression and the list goes on.
